Terms of Service

1. Scope and acceptance

By accessing or using the booking experience, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Booking, availability, and changes

Availability is subject to operating schedules and capacity. Booking confirmations may depend on the selected date/time and the number of participants. We may update schedules due to operational needs.

If you request changes (date/time or participant details), we will attempt to accommodate them, subject to availability. We are not responsible for unavailability that arises from circumstances outside our control.

3. Electronic commerce and electronic contract information (Ukraine)

For online booking/payment flows, you are entering into an electronic contract with the service provider. The information below is provided to comply with: Закон України «Про електронну комерцію», Стаття 13. Інформація про суб'єкта електронної комерції та умови електронного договору.

Price and key terms for your booking are provided during the booking process before confirmation.

4. Distance consumer contract pre-contract information (if applicable)

If the booking results in a distance consumer contract, pre-contract consumer information is provided before you are bound by the contract, including details about the seller/performer, price, and key terms. This is provided in accordance with: Закон України «Про захист прав споживачів», Стаття 13. Право споживача у разі укладення договору на відстані.

5. Personal data and lawful processing (Ukraine)

We may collect personal data you provide (for example: name, phone, email, participant details, and booking information) to manage bookings and provide the service. Processing is carried out for legitimate purposes related to fulfilling the booking and related communications.

We provide the required personal-data notice and enable lawful processing in accordance with: Закон України «Про захист персональних даних».

6. Cookies and identification (where used)

If we use cookies or similar technologies for analytics, advertising, identification, or other purposes, you must be informed and consent must be obtained when required. This includes requirements when cookies are used for identification and when services rely on electronic-communications consent.

Cookie/consent handling is implemented in accordance with: Закон України «Про електронні комунікації», Закон України «Про захист персональних даних».

7. Rules for use of the quest room and karting

• Follow staff instructions and safety rules at all times.
• Use equipment only as instructed and do not interfere with safety systems.
• Do not bring prohibited items or act in a way that endangers others.

We may refuse entry or require you to stop participation if you violate safety requirements or these Terms.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, marlowickiup.com and its representatives are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability related to your booking is limited to the amount you paid for the booking, except where liability cannot be limited by applicable law.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the booking experience, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt service, or use the site in any way that harms others or violates applicable law.
