Important legal information (Ukraine)

Electronic commerce / electronic contract. For online booking/payment flows, the provider’s identification and the terms of the electronic contract are disclosed as required by Закон України «Про електронну комерцію», Стаття 13. Інформація про суб'єкта електронної комерції та умови електронного договору.

Distance consumer contract (if applicable). If your booking is a distance contract with a consumer, pre-contract consumer information (including seller/performer details, price, and key terms) is provided before you are bound, as required by Закон України «Про захист прав споживачів», Стаття 13. Право споживача у разі укладення договору на відстані.

Personal data. If we collect personal data (such as your name, phone, email, participants, or booking details), we provide the personal-data notice and process data lawfully as required by Закон України «Про захист персональних даних».

Cookies / identifiers (if used). If we use cookies or similar identifiers for analytics, advertising, or identification (including via third parties), we provide the required notice and obtain and evidence consent where consent is required, as required by Закон України «Про електронні комунікації» and Закон України «Про захист персональних даних».
